  • 4 pieces bananas ((+1 for decoration))
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 80 g chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. 1Mash the very ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until you obtain a smooth puree.
  2. 2Add the peanut butter and mix well until the base is smooth and consistent.
  3. 3Whisk in the eggs and mix thoroughly.
  4. 4Add the baking powder and mix again.
  5. 5Fold the chocolate chips into the batter and stir gently.
  6. 6Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. 7Slice the final banana in half lengthwise and place it on top for decoration. (Tip: if the top is browning too quickly, cover it with foil toward the end of the baking time.)
