The promises were tempting: save time, cook healthier with little to no oil, and get perfectly crispy dishes. Honestly, it sounded like a dream. And like many people, I realized that in daily life, what we really want is to be fast in the kitchen without sacrificing taste. So, if it's also lighter, it's a win-win. All that was left was to find the right model. I don't have a large kitchen, so I was looking for something compact but practical, capable of cooking several things at once. After weeks of comparisons, I came across the Ninja SL400EU. My test: what I really thought

A simple and intuitive first use

Speed, silence, savings: the winning combo

The heating time is very fast, which is a real plus. In addition to cooking faster than a traditional oven, the device consumes less electricity. It is therefore economical and practical. As for noise, you can hear it a bit, but nothing bothersome during use: it remains much more discreet than a food processor or a microwave.

Zero odor and easy cleaning

A pleasant surprise too: no unpleasant odors to report during or after cooking. Hand washing is easy, and the baskets as well as the racks are dishwasher safe.

My only downside: a slight heating concern

To be totally honest, I had two or three uses where the device seemed to heat up a bit too much, to the point of feeling unusual heat near the plug. Is it related to my electrical installation or prolonged use? Hard to say. But it’s the only small flaw I’ve noted so far, and it hasn't stopped me from continuing to use it with pleasure.
