- 120 g peanut butter
- 75 g maple syrup
- 60 g melted coconut oil
- 50 g chocolate chips

- 6After baking, let the granola cool completely on the tray so it becomes crunchy.

Frequently asked questions
Can I swap the maple syrup for honey in this recipe?
Of course, you can replace maple syrup with honey in a granola recipe. However, keep in mind that honey has a distinct flavor and can be a bit sweeter than maple syrup, so you might want to adjust the amount used to avoid overly sweet granola. Additionally, honey can have a thicker consistency, so mix well to ensure all ingredients are properly coated.
Can I replace the coconut oil with another oil in the granola recipe?
Absolutely, you can use different oils in a granola recipe depending on your preferences and what you have on hand. If you don't have coconut oil, vegetable oil, canola oil, or olive oil (not too strong) can be good alternatives.
Is it possible to replace the peanut butter with another ingredient?
Certainly, if peanuts aren't to your taste, almond butter is an excellent option, as is hazelnut butter, even though these two alternatives can be a bit more expensive. Each nut butter has its own flavor nuance and brings a unique touch to your recipe, so feel free to experiment based on your preferences and budget.
